Welcome to the Mystic Springs Condominium Association's web site. We are a group of residents living in what we consider the best condominium living in Billings, Montana. Nestled between beautiful trees and a small creek,  it is quite and ideal for those seeking privacy, yet we're close enough to shopping and downtown making it a snap to get around.

Becoming a Member

In order to become a member of our organization you must be a homeowner or resident of a Mystic Springs Condominium. The Board of Directors, who are voted on by the homeowners, run the day to day business of keeping the common areas in good repair and maintaining the landscaping and upkeep of the pool and surrounding areas.

Mystic Springs Condominiums have been around for just over 13 years consisting of three buildings. With only twenty-six units total, the community has become a very close knit group, so we watch out for each other! The units range from just over 750 square feet to as large as 1,500 square feet of living space. Many include private garage parking and basements. We also have available an underground parking garage, also with assigned parking.

Our heated pool is available from early spring until Labor Day with full privilages to residents only. We provide "quiet" time swimming after 10:00  PM for those who like late night swimming. The pool includes a security fench and plenty of lounging chairs and tables for a nice relaxing day at the pool.

We also provide complete snow removal and shoveling of all residents' patios and front entrances. All sidewalks are also cleared when needed.
